We specialize in providing you with information, tools and services that are available in the area. Why do I need this site

The traditional way of applying for a job, sending a cover letter and a resume, just does not give the employer enough useful information to separate the “maybes” from the “maybe nots.” People have to become more creative in their job search strategies. Employers also become a lot more selective in ways to attract new talent. They hesitate to place job listing on Monster, Yahoo HotJobs and Craigslist, as they will get flooded with hundreds resumes that all look and feel the same. Such approach makes their job of finding quality candidates only more difficult.

Applying for a job through such mega-sites like Monster is not as effective as it used to be. A lot of jobs are posted by head-hunters that do not specify any useful information. People have to become a lot more creative in their job searches: looking for job postings on industry niche sites, connecting with friends and colleagues on various business networks, reading industry blogs, monitoring various news portals and much more.
